Explore Living, Laing O'Rourke's residential property development division, briefed Soda to produce an identity, brochure, advertising and direct mail for a new development in Chertsey, Surrey. The distinctive style of architecture, innovative specification and eco-friendly features were to mesh together to form a unique collection of homes.

Soda's solution was Fusion, a contemporary name and design that was an accurate reflection of the product and would create interest in the development and generate footfall to the marketing suite.
